Requirements of Applying
Eligibility for Marriage Visa
Proof of Marriage
Applicants must provide a marriage certificate to prove they are married to a Thai citizen.
Medical Certificate
(If Required) Applicants may need to undergo a medical examination to certify they do not have any contagious diseases.
Financial Requirements
Proof of income or financial stability, such as bank statements showing a monthly income of at least 40,000 Baht (approximately $1,200) or a bank balance of 400,000 Baht (approximately $12,000).
Passport & Documents
Applicants must not have a criminal record in Thailand or their home country.
90-Day Reporting
Visa holders must report to the Thai immigration office every 90 days to confirm their address.
