A Business Visa, officially known as a “Non-Immigrant B” visa, is a type of visa designed for individuals who wish to engage in business activities in the country. This visa allows :
- Conduct business activities legally in Thailand.
- Engage in meetings, conferences, and contract negotiations.
- Access Thailand’s vibrant business environment and opportunities.
Valid Passport
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in Thailand.
Visa Application Form
Complete and sign the visa application form, available from the Thai embassy or consulate or filled out online.
Passport Photos
Provide recent passport-size photographs meeting the specifications outlined by the Thai embassy or consulate.
Invitation or Business Introduction Letter
- Letter of invitation from a registered Thai company or organization detailing the purpose of your visit and duration of stay.
- If representing your own company, provide a business introduction letter.
Business Registration Documents
Provide documents proving the registration and legitimacy of your company.
Financial Documents
Evidence of sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay, such as bank statements or a letter from your employer.
Flight Itinerary
Copy of your confirmed round-trip flight itinerary or e-ticket.
Hotel Reservation

Health Insurance
Coverage for medical expenses of at least 400,000 Baht for inpatient care and 40,000 Baht for outpatient care.
